Mt Morgans Tailings Storage Facility

Scope of Work

GR Engineering was appointed by Dacian Gold Limited (DCN) to undertake the engineering, design (management of sub-consultant), procurement, construction and commissioning of the Tailings Storage Facility (TSF). 

Services provided included:

  • Classification and identification of construction materials at source;
  • Management of design through appointment of tailings consultant;
  • Management of construction and coordination of construction material supply and delivery through appointment of bulk earthworks subcontractor;
  • Construction management and supervision for TSF Construction;
  • Management of consultant during construction phase to provide testing services;
  • QA/QC for Construction Phase;
  • Reporting and licencing application support.
