Joe was formerly company secretary of and business consultant to JR Engineering. Joe’s experience includes corporate advisory services having consulted on and managed numerous commercial transactions involving private and publicly listed companies.

Dave co-founded GR Engineering. He is a mechanical engineer with over 30 years' experience in the mining industry as a general manager, project manager, project engineer, design engineer and construction manager. Dave has an outstanding track record in the timely and efficient delivery of many feasibility studies and design and construction contracts under a variety of contracting models for a wide range of commodities including gold, nickel, tantalum, lead, zinc and iron ore and his knowledge in all facets of project execution provides dedicated management support to project managers and execution teams.

Steve is a mechanical engineer and MBA with over 30 years' industry experience in a broad spectrum of mineral processing activities including feasibility studies, project design, project management, construction supervision, problem solving, computer modelling, financial analysis, capital and operating cost estimation, operation and maintenance. He has experience with many commodities including gold, base metals, coal, industrial minerals and mineral sands.

Ryan is an experienced mechanical engineer with extensive experience (Brownfield and Greenfield) in the international engineering industry, predominantly in mining and minerals processing working in the EPC/M environment. He is responsible for project management, design, project engineering, feasibility studies, construction and commissioning of turnkey contracts, maintenance and project delivery.
Manager - Technical Services
Peter is a metallurgist and member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He has over 35 years' experience in the Australian mineral processing industry, initially in operational roles at gold and base metals projects in Western Australia, New South Wales and Tasmania, before moving to JR Engineering as Process Manager and subsequently GR Engineering. Peter’s skills and expertise extend to process design, process equipment selection and evaluation, testwork initiation and development through to plant commissioning and operational support. Throughout his career Peter has been responsible for and had key input into the process engineering and design of an extensive number of highly successful minerals projects both in Australia and overseas.

Stewart has over 30 years' experience in the mineral processing industry and as a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. His experience is predominantly in the gold sector where he has held a range of management and operational roles for mining companies, including PT Kelian Equatorial Mining as Process Plant and Engineering Services Manager, Process Manager at St Barbara and Evolution Mining and Metallurgy Manager at WMC. Stewart has worked in Indonesia for over five years and is Bahasa speaking.
Manager - Eastern Region / Americas
Tom is a skilled manager with over 20 years' experience working in the engineering and construction fields for the mining industry. He has global project development and execution experience across Mineral Processing Plants in Africa, Australasia, South and North America. His recent experience includes strategic project assessment and development, capital estimates and contract negotiations for GRES and previously with Sedgman Limited. Tom is a Civil Engineer and Manager with broad industry experience working closely with clients to develop and build mineral processing plants globally.

Terry is responsible for GR Engineering’s HSE function and performance, including the development, implementation and management of its HSE policies and procedures at all levels of the business. Terry’s role also extends to conducting HAZOP studies and managing safety advisors in their implementation of site specific inductions and project safety management plan compliance. Terry oversees the evaluation and employment of blue-collar candidates and the best fit to GRES fitness for work processes. As Procurement Manager he reviews purchases and contracts for conformance to company policy, negotiating with vendors to secure the most advantageous terms.

Trevor is responsible for managing GR Engineering’s human resources function. Prior to joining GR Engineering, Trevor held commercial and HR leadership roles in the financial services industry with BankWest, and more recently at Western Power, Sedgman Limited and URS Corporation (now AECOM).
