King of the Hills Upgrade Project

Scope of Work

GR Engineering has been engaged by Greenstone Resources (WA) Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vault Minerals Limited (ASX:VAU), to deliver the design, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning of upgrades to the King of the Hills (KOTH) Gold Mine.
The scope includes:

  • Stage 1: Upgrading the dry processing plant to a capacity of 7 Mt/a.
  • Stage 2: Upgrading the wet processing plant to a capacity of 7.5 Mt/a.

Located approximately 900 km northeast of Perth and 25 km north of Leonora in Western Australia’s Goldfields Region, the KOTH operations are undergoing a significant transformation. The Stage 2 upgrade is designed to integrate seamlessly with Stage 1, with both stages currently in progress.

The Project is being executed on a brownfields site, requiring careful planning and execution to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Most of the upgrade works will be carried out in close proximity to, and integrated with, the existing infrastructure of the operating KOTH Gold Mine.
