Bellevue Gold Project - DFS

Scope of Work - Definitive Feasibility Study

Golden Spur Resources Pty Ltd (GSR) - a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bellevue Gold Limited (BGL) - recently completed a feasibility study to assess the development of mining and ore processing at its Bellevue Gold Project in the Northern Goldfields of Western Australia.

GR Engineering was engaged for the DFS and prepared the process design, mass balances, plant and infrastructure layout, capital cost estimate, operating cost estimate and implementation schedule for the project.

The process and plant design for the DFS had capacity for treatment of 0.75 million tonnes per year which was later increased to 1.0 million tonnes per year. The ore feed to the project was to be a blend of open pit and underground (hard primary) ores. The plant included 3 stages of ore crushing, ball milling, gravity gold recovery, carbon in leach and a split AARL elution system.

Water supply systems for both potable water and process water were evaluated and included in the DFS.

The DFS results presented a robust economic case for development to advance with GR Engineering submitting a commercial offer for EPC construction.
