New air, water and reagents facilities where designed and located at the new site. The reagents consisted of cyanide and antiscalent compounds as part of the process.
Design drawings for all new works were completed by GR Engineering. The installation of all structural, mechanical, piping & electrical was completed and managed on site by GR Engineering personnel. Bulk earthworks were designed by GR Engineering and carried out by Newcrest and the civil installation component of the works was managed by GR Engineering.
