EPC Contract Notice of Preferred Contractor - Andy Well Gold Project Processing Plant

GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX:GNG) (GR Engineering or Company) is pleased to advise that it has been issued with a notice of preferred contractor by Doray Minerals Limited (ASX:DRM) (Doray) in relation to the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for the processing plant for Doray’s Andy Well Gold Project near Meekatharra in Western Australia.

The contract price is approximately $31 million, with formal award being subject to final board approval, completion of project financing by Doray, final tender clarifications and formal contract documentation. The contract price has been determined on a lump sum basis and GR Engineering expects to receive the majority of the project revenue in FY13.
