EPC Contract – Laverton Processing Plant

GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX: GNG) (GR Engineering) is pleased to announce that it has executed an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract with Brightstar Resources Limited (ASX: BTR) (Brightstar) in relation to the Laverton Processing Plant (the Project).

As announced on 17 February 2026, GR Engineering had been appointed as Preferred Contractor for the Project and early works and ordering of long lead items had previously commenced. The contract sum is $110 million.

Commenting on the award, Mr Tony Patrizi, Managing Director said:

“GR Engineering is pleased to be working with the Brightstar team on this 1.5 Mtpa gold project. This project further enhances GR Engineering’s reputation as the leading minerals processing EPC contractor in Australia. GR Engineering continues to build its contracted pipeline of work in FY27 and FY28.”
