EPC Contract – Yitirrti (Sulphur Springs) Copper-Silver-Zinc Project

GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX:GNG) (GR Engineering) is pleased to announce that it has executed an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract with Venturex Sulphur Springs Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Develop Global Limited (ASX:DVP) (Develop), in relation to the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for the 1.5 Mtpa Yitirrti (formerly known as Sulphur Springs) Copper-Silver-Zinc Project (the Project).

As announced on 10 June 2026, GR Engineering had been appointed as Preferred Contractor for the Project. The contract value is $275 million. Early works and ordering of long lead items had previously commenced.
