GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is committed to the practice of responsible corporate behaviour and to complying with all laws, regulations and other requirements which govern the conduct of our operations.

GRES is fully committed to instilling a strong anti-corruption culture and is fully committed to instilling a strong anti-corruption culture and is fully committed to compliance with Australian and internationally recognised anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation including, but not limited to, the Criminal Code Act 1995 to ensure that no bribes or other corrupt payments, inducements or collusive arrangements are made, offered, sought or obtained by GRES, its personnel and those third parties with which GRES conducts its business.

This policy applies to all business dealings of GRES’ employees (whether permanent, part-time, fixed-term or temporary), contractors, consultants, secondees or directors with potential and existing clients or third party officials.

It is the responsibility of all parties to which this policy applies to ensure that bribery and collusion are prevented, detected and ultimately reported to GRES management.
